Rinse Ace Customer Testimonials

I purchased the Rinse Ace Sprayer and Snap ‘N Spray System to make bathing my dog‘s easier for me, but after my husband installed it there was a small problem water was spraying out of the adapter where it shouldn’t even when you took a regular shower it sprayed. I tried looking for a replacement adapter in local stores could not find it anywhere. Finally I called Rinse Ace Customer Service the woman who picked up the phone was really nice I explained my situation with the product. She had a new adapter sent to me with no questions asked. The best part it was replaced free of charge. Now this is Customer Service! The replacement adapter works perfectly no water spraying out anywhere. Thank You

I purchased a 3-Way Pet Shower Sprayer because it was exactly what I was looking for: keep the old shower head and attach a sprayer as needed. The item arrived but the connector was defective. I contacted customer service on Sunday Dec 30th and received a prompt response first thing Monday morning. I received a new functioning part on Saturday Jan 5th.
